Who is this site for ?
This site is aimed at three main groups of people:
Ideas Originators
If you have a good idea for a software or web project but lack the time, motivation or skills to pull it off, just post your idea here. The site is constantly being browsed by developers and managers, and if one of them thinks the project is worthwhile they will pick it up.
Developers
If you have said skills, motivation, time but do not have a project on which to use them, browse through our lists of projects. If one of them catches your attention, register your interest and go develop it!
General Public
CerebralStorm is also useful for the general public. If you are just looking for a piece of software but dont know where to find it, then hopefully the resources on this site will help you. We have a comprehensive list of free and paid software sites, and a community consisting of programmers and developers who know what's available. If a program exists, chances are we can find it for you.
How to use this site
This site was designed to be simple and easy to use. Depending on why you are here, there are a couple of ways you can use this sites resources.
Have an idea ?
- Search for an existing product. Use

already exists. - Search our database to see if your idea has already been submitted.
- Read our Posting Guide, including the Disclaimer before posting
- Submit your idea, giving as much detail as you can. Use Tags to aid in searching.
- Come back often to check on the status of your idea. Partipate in the discussion to help refine the requirements. Help potential developers make your idea become reality
Looking for a project ?
- Search our database for a project that interests you.
- Partipate in the discussion to help refine the idea
- If you want to pick up the project, register your interest and begin development
- Keep the listing updated with the progress of the project. Report the projects status, completion level, new features etc
- When the project is completed, mark the project as closed and update the listing with a link to the final product. If the product is successful we will contact you to discuss free advertising on this site.
Any idea, plan, or purpose may be placed in the mind through repetition of thought.
